As a managed service delivery generalist at PwC, you will execute outsourced processes, such as client and customer interaction; data review, enrichment and processing; implementing and monitoring quality controls; and resolving escalations and queries.

The Opportunity

As a Managed Services Intern, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will support teams and participate in various projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to the practices and methodologies of managed services. You will be involved in tasks such as quality assurance metrics, quality control, and customer handling, which are essential in delivering high-value services to our clients.

As an Intern, you will support teams by performing basic tasks and conducting research while observing professional work environments. You will have the chance to learn and apply professional and technical standards, develop your personal brand, and appreciate diverse perspectives. Your role will be both observational and participatory, allowing you to gain valuable insights into the world of managed services.

Responsibilities

- Supporting teams in delivering managed services solutions to clients
- Participating in business process outsourcing tasks to enhance service delivery
- Conducting compliance reviews and contract assessments to maintain service standards
- Assisting in customer data management and complaint handling processes
- Engaging in quality assurance process management to improve service outcomes
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents for accuracy and compliance
- Contributing to the development of quality control procedures and guidelines
- Documenting processes and procedures for consistent service delivery
- Performing data entry tasks to support customer information management
- Collaborating on legal document reviews to support client service management

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application. Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester preceding the student's final year of school Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school

- Preference for one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Health Administration, Public Health, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science
- Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
