We're looking for a skilled Citation CJ3 Second In Command to join our aviation team. As a leader in the premium lawn care industry, we operate a brand-new Citation CJ3 under Part 91, flying between our midwestern hubs and sunny Florida. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about precision flying and providing exceptional service for our corporate travel missions.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the captain with all aspects of flight planning and execution.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers during corporate travel.
• Maintain adherence to all aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Adapt to varied flight routes and any unexpected changes with professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

• CE-525s type rating preferred , or the willingness to complete a company-sponsored CJ3 type rating course.
• 1,000 total flight hours , including 500 multi-engine hours.
• 75+ hours of instrument flight time and 100+ hours of night flight time.
• FAA commercial pilot certificate with instrument rating.
• Current Class 2 (or above) medical certificate.
• Clean FAA record.
• Proven excellence in corporate or owner-operator environments.
• Strong decision-making skills and situational awareness.
• Discretion and professionalism around senior leadership.
• Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH .
