As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Systems Integration Project Manager – Finance to lead critical finance-related system integration initiatives, particularly during mergers and acquisitions, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Position Summary
This role is ideal for a finance process leader with strong M&A systems integration expertise, who can bridge the gap between business operations and technical execution. The position will focus on optimizing financial processes, ensuring seamless integration of new systems, and supporting business transformation initiatives. Travel (less than 20%) will be required to potential acquisition targets and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Finance-Centric System Integration Projects

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of system integration initiatives, ensuring alignment between finance processes and technology solutions.
  • Drive compatibility and optimal performance across integrated systems, with familiarity in B2W, Sage Intacct and HCSS being highly advantageous.

Oversee Mergers & Acquisitions Integration

  • Lead the financial systems integration of acquired companies, including system consolidation, data migration, process alignment, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with acquisition teams to assess financial and operational system readiness.

Manage High-Impact Special Projects

  • Take ownership of cross-functional projects involving new technologies, system upgrades, or finance process improvements, delivering on time and within scope.

Collaborate Across Departments

  • Partner with operations, finance, and field teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective systems and process solutions.

Ensure Data Integrity and System Reliability

  • Monitor and maintain accuracy of data flows between systems, proactively identifying and resolving integration issues before they impact operations.

Provide Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as the go-to resource for finance system integration best practices, architecture, and optimization opportunities.

Operate with Initiative and Urgency

  • Work independently, taking ownership of projects and responding quickly to system or process issues to ensure minimal operational disruption.

Document and Communicate

  • Develop clear documentation for workflows, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and integration plans.
  • Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards

Support Change Management and Training

  • Assist in rollout of new systems and processes, delivering training and support to ensure smooth adoption across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in finance process improvement, system integration, or similar roles.
  • Experience with PowerBI required, both in creation and maintenance of dashboards
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and reporting tools; familiarity with B2W scheduling software, Sage Intacct and HCSS preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects, particularly within mergers & acquisitions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for acquisition assessments and project execution.
