Boise Centre, Idaho’s premier convention center, is looking for a skilled and solutions-driven Business Systems Analyst to join our Technical Services team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal software systems while helping departments work more efficiently through thoughtful technology support and collaboration.

Compensation: Earn between $51,925.96 - $82,076.51 annually, depending on your experience.

What You’ll Do - Maintain, test, and troubleshoot software systems (including Momentus) for optimal performance and reliability.
- Assist with system configurations, updates, and infrastructure needs from planning to implementation.
- Lead our internal Momentus ERP success group and support team members across departments.
- Provide training and share documentation to help users effectively navigate software tools.
- Monitor tech trends and implement best practices to enhance system effectiveness.
- Manage user accounts and access rights for software platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with evolving business needs.
- Ensure data governance practices for quality, security, and access.
- Design and prioritize Crystal Reports to deliver timely, accurate insights.
- Participate in committee meetings and cross-departmental projects.
Interested in learning more about our team? Requirements What We’re Looking For: - Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Familiarity with basic programming or query languages and business intelligence tools.
- Tech Skills: Experience with system administration, database tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and decision-making skills to analyze and resolve system issues.
- Collaboration: Team player with a strong customer service mindset and ability to work across departments.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical & Work Requirements - Light physical activity; mostly seated with frequent use of hands and fingers.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- May occasionally require travel or work on evenings, weekends, or holidays.
